A judge in Oregon granted a preliminary injunction regarding Oregon's House Bill 2550 which blocked buyers from writing a "love letter" to sellers to try and sway them to accept their offers.
Judge Marco A. Hernandez said the bill "likely violates" First Amendment rights of Real Estate agents.
The bill was originally passed out of concern that the letters could be used by sellers to discriminate against potential buyers.
