I was talking to my best friend and was telling her how my son Owen was looking to buy a house.

She immediately suggested I call Tracey and her husband Dale because she had just used them in her new home purchase as did all of her children who are adults and homeowners thanks to the help of Tracey and Dale. That’s all I needed to know and made a quick call to her to see if she might be able to help us. Owen, my son found a house immediately and was eager to look at it very short notice and on a Saturday. Tracey didn’t even hesitate and we were meeting her for the first time and walking through the house the very next day. She was exactly as my friend had described her, kind, calm and knowledgeable. "My daughter had used and recommended Tracey and Dale as a real estate agent. We contacted Tracey to list our home. We meet and she reviewed home and recommended an asking price for home above what we had estimated. She made a few suggestions to help sell home. We had certain requests for our listing. She had someone complete 360 degree room photo views of home. She drafted a home selling feature page and we reviewed and agreed on it. Tracey and Dale listed our home. It was on the market for about 3 hours and we had 12 families interested in touring home. Within 6 hours we had a good offer. She had confidence buyer was really interested in home. She coordinated home inspection and bank appraiser visits and final bank closings. They were knowledge about market, did an excellent job listing and marketing home, followed through with all home showings, home sale and closing.
